Private Event Reservation Information

The following is a listing of information regarding our Private Event policies. When you are ready to reserve a date for your event please contact one of our team by completing the contact form here.

Bar

The liquor, beer and wine for your event are preferably placed on a single tab to be settled at the conclusion of the event. Extra tabs may be opened by providing your server with credit cards for each person(s) who would like to pay for alcohol separately. Stone's reserves the right to limit the number of tabs per party, require a minimum about of food ordered per person and to discontinue alcohol service to any person(s) at any time. Unpaid tabs and damages become the responsibility of the person who booked the event.

Payments

The room fee for the Upstairs Lounge is $200. The Poker Room fee is $100. To secure a room for the date of your event, the room fee is required as a deposit. The deposit can be made by personal check or credit card. While ALL deposits are non-refundable, if your event should cancel, your deposit amount will be placed on a gift card for future use here at Stone's. Final payment is to be made on the day of your event. Prices do not include gratuity and 6.25% meals tax.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your scheduled event.

Guarantees

Menu selections must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event date. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Exceptions

Events scheduled less than one week in advance must have menu selections and number of guests confirmed at least three days prior to the event date. Some menu selections may change seasonally and we reserve the right to change certain items without notice.

Entertainment & Miscellaneous

Stone's encourages you to personalize your event with decor appropriate for your special occasion. However, the use of confetti is prohibited. Events including a cake provided by the guests are subject to a $1.50/person cutting and plating fee. We also reserve the right to reduce the number of dinner selections for larger parties.

Room Capacity & Fees

Upstairs Lounge - 35 people capacity. $200 Room Fee.
Poker Room - 16 people capacity. $100 Room Fee.
